It's a new school year at university, which is super nifty, and has me running an ninety miles a minute.

Those of you who have been following me for a while know that I've spent the last academic year shooting in "studio". I'll most likely be utilizing many of the same tools as last year, but my plans are to gear my work more toward contests and recognition-based goals. I'm trying to get my name out there and to build myself toward a possible career in photography.

I'm on the last leg of my first photo exhibit in my hometown which seems to have gone very well and made me pretty darn happy, so I'll be moving to some of the other local venues to ply my wares, as it were. Wish me luck! My next immediate course of business to build a website for myself and do all of the digital stuff necessary to get me out there.
